Solerent helps P-Card Managers to monitor and enforce policy. The system combines data aggregation, analytics and exception handling to identify, address and document policy violations and errors. Role-based security makes this sensitive data available only to authorized parties.
Solerent is comprised of a team of veterans of fraud detection, security and information technology professionals dedicated to creating automated systems to ensure procurement card use is both efficient and controlled. While card programs save organizations much time and money, this same program if not monitored, cost the organization as well. Solerent’s automated systems benefit card programs by:
- Identifying suspicious transactions – Computers are able to analyze large quantities of transaction data while people are better at making judgments based upon context. ProcuREview is designed to let each do what it does best.
- Directing suspicious transactions to the right resource – While flagging a transaction that should be reviewed is helpful, routing it to the proper person or group is more important. The workflow management in ProcuREview enables an organization to deal with potential problems quickly and efficiently.
- Documenting resolution or approval of abnormal transactions is not only easy, it is required. The system records both the user and the resolution for complete management capability. Providing full reporting functionality that enables both system users and external resources to manage and audit card transactions and the entire card process.
